To support the successful delivery of the EDPR EU&BR Sustainability and Environmental department responsibilities and objectives by:
Understanding EDPR business and its commitment with sustainability and environment.
Having a transversal view over EDPR EU&BR sustainability and environmental aspects.
Collaborating to further enhance EDPR sustainability and environmental performance.
Building strong collaborative relationships.
Analyze EDPR EU&BR sustainability and environmental performance. Define action plans for continual improvement.
Benchmark best practices and standardize common processes.
Collaborate in the identification of risks and opportunities.
Support the team in the development, coordination, implementation and communication of transversal projects/initiatives.
Ensure an adequate communication of the EDPR EU&BR sustainability and environmental initiatives to stakeholders.
Support the integration of H&S and environmental management systems.
Prepare proposals and reports, databases, presentations, etc for various related projects.
Bachelor or Masters degree in environmental sciences or related field with a specialization in Sustainability/Corporate Social Responsibility.
3 years experience in similar positions.

Knowledge and experience:
Extensive knowledge of sustainability/CSR and environmental fields.
Understanding of social and environmental issues, processes and impacts, as well as best practices, particularly linked to renewable energies.
Knowledge about sustainable supply chain, risk analysis, biodiversity management, stakeholder engagement, circular economy and waste management.
Familiarity with the European environmental legislation.
Prior experience with Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001).
Knowledge and experience with other standards as UNE 150008, ISO20400, ISO 45001 is a plus.
Good IT skills: Ability to use Microsoft Office applications (word, excel, powerpoint) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Advanced knowledge in excel (macros) and Microsoft PowerBI will be highly valued.
